When You're Eligible for a Refund

We provide refunds in the following circumstances:

  • The application differs significantly from its description or preview
  • The application has critical functionality issues that cannot be readily fixed
  • The application contains unresolved security vulnerabilities
  • Promised application support is not delivered according to our support policy

When Refunds Are Not Available

We do not provide refunds in the following situations:

  • Post-purchase change of mind
  • Unmet expectations (when the app functions as described)
  • Dissatisfaction with available features
  • Accidental purchases
  • Lack of technical expertise to use the application
  • Issues caused by third-party API providers
  • Requests made after the 30-day purchase period

Force Refund Policy

We reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion without a customer request. A force refund will immediately terminate access to both the application and support services by invalidating the purchase code.
